Tee Times and Fees
A tee time is required for groups of two or more. Singles may sign up in the Golf Shop upon arrival at the golf course and the golf staff will arrange play.

Fairfield Residents with a valid Golf I.D. and Season Pass Holders (see below) may access the automated systems starting at 5:00 a.m. seven days in advance. All others may access the automated systems starting at 9:00 a.m. seven days in advance.
A credit card will be required to secure a tee time but will not be charged except in the event of a no show. Same day tee times must be made by calling the golf shop at (203) 255-7300, option 6. Thank you.

Golf Fees
"Smith" welcomes players from Fairfield (see I.D info below) and all other communities. Please refer to the fees outlined below to determine your specific fees for playing. Also, please note that there are different rates for play depending upon age and residency.
Persons playing at Smith have the option to walk and carry, ride or use a pull cart. If you decide to ride in a cart, we ask that you cross fairways at 90º and please use the cart paths whenever possible. When experiencing extremely wet conditions riding carts will be restricted to cart paths only. Pull carts are also available to rent or you may bring your own.
The Golf Staff at H. Smith Richardson will gladly answer any questions you may have regarding play at "Smith". For more information please call our golf shop at 203-255-7300, open 7 days a week during
the golf season.
Note: Denim is not allowed on the golf course and men must wear a collared shirt. Thank you.

*The Golf I.D. and Season Passes can be renewed online or purchased at the Fairfield Parks and Recreation Department located at 75 Mill Plain Road, Fairfield, CT, at the H. Smith Richardson Golf Course and South Pine Creek Par 3. The Golf I.D. is $35.00 for adults and $25.00 for juniors 17 and under. Please see above for Season Pass rates.
The Golf I.D. allows Fairfield residents to play for the reduced resident rates during the golf season. Golfers with Resident I.D.'s and Season Pass holders may also reserve tee times online or by phone between the hours of 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. Proof of residency for I.D. is required when registering and must be verified each calendar year.
New registrants must have two forms of identification showing that they are a Fairfield resident, one a photo I.D. Acceptable forms of identification include: drivers license or other government issued I.D. cards or licenses with photo displaying Town of Fairfield address, car registration, current personal property tax payment receipt or utlility bills all showing Town of Fairfield address.
